The effect with the blind is shamelessly pinched from Laverne Unit. She gave Sian the blinds too.

At the top of these stairs, the door is cardlocked, made of mirrored glass. P ...sees herself reflected for the first time she can remember: a bald-headed surgery victim, her face displaying the shining, telltale immobility of heavy Botox misuse, all tight mahogany-brown skin over cheekbones and forehead, glossy synthetic collagen-stuffed lips. A black faux-Gestapo uniform tight over a chest that cannot be real. Input links, gently glowing inside, sprout from her neck and on her temples. P sees plastic, metal, polyester. Seamless, sleek, ruined.

The Panzerlied outfit from LPP is nicely sculpted, but packed with scripts and prims - as in, there are literally dozens of prims, each with a script. Sian did a lot of under-the-hood modifications before she was happy with the finished result.
